Mandarino, Chios mandarin liqueur


We make our mandarin liqueur, mandarino, from the sweet mandarins grown on Chios island.
Chian mandarins are famous for its taste and strong aroma. They are harvested in early January. Then they are thoroughly washed and peeled. The essential oils of the mandarin peels are extracted by soaking them in ethyl alcohol. From the mandarin extract a delicious mandarin liqueur is made.

Mandarino has an orange colour and a rich taste of sweet mandarins.

Enjoy Mandarino chilled, after meals.

Mandarino liqueur is sold in bottles of 0,5 litre (20%).
